Cat in the hat... or cage

It's no secret that our beloved 6 year old blue point Himalayan, Tinkerbelle, was less than thrilled when the newest member of our family arrived last summer. At first he was too small and young to even really notice her (anywhere that was higher than 3ft) and bother her. But as he's gotten older boy does Harley love to play with our Belle.. too bad it's not reciprocated. I have always loved Belle, she was my baby, and often she would lay in bed and even want me to pet her on occasion. However on the opposite end of the spectrum our little Harley wants to lay on your lap and all of your attention from the moment we stop working.  Harley is currently on a 3-week stay at camp and has been loving it! His presence is BEYOND missed... especially by me because I work from home so I don't hear the pitter patter of his little feet!

It's quite evident that Princess Belle does NOT miss him one bit.. she has been out and about, laying down on the couches while we watch TV, waking me up in the morning with a prrr,  and just frolicking about the house without a worry. Today I went into our bedroom only to notice something quite odd... she was in Harley's kennel!! Quite odd for a cat, but especially her.. at first I thought this quite hilarious, but then part of me thinks... subconsciously does she really miss him?!?

Anyway it's a cute shot (ps don't mind the mess I'm packing and clothes are laid out all over the floor... and kennel hehe).

This product has done absolute wonders for my hair. It has cut my blow-dry time in 1/3 or even 1/2 and makes it so much smoother and way less frizzy! I only straighten after drying for a more finished look!

I AM OBSESSED with these sandals and have been trying to get everyone on the band wagon!! They are super comfortable and mold to your feet perfectly! I got them in April and have already almost wore them into the ground! I got the beige as well as the glossy black! I love them for their comfort and simplicity, but most of all they are like a "cute and classy" rainbow sandal for women! They are around $40-$50 but SO worth it and I literally wear this everyday. Definitely my "go to" shoe for the summer. The true test will be this weekend in DC when I am walking all around.. can they handle the heat and the miles? Survey says.. YES! If your local pick them up at SKIRT while you still can! You can also order online and get at Bloomies!!

If you had to choose....

If you had to pick a celebrity for your one night stand, a one year rendezvous, and to spend the rest of your life with who would it be? 

I've definitely played this "game" before, but completely forgot about it until someone asked me the other night. The question was phrased "if you had to pick one guy celebrity", but for some reason all my female celebrity crushes popped into mind and I could pick all of them BEFORE I could even pick my guys.. haha.  I don't think I gave my answers for a good 30 minutes after I was asked! Cause clearly this game is SO real. But sort of fun to think about. It made me think about how I'm not that into celebrity stuff anymore- I used to always subscribe to Us Weekly, be on PopSugar daily, watch TMZ, etc. I mean I am probably more up-to-date than other people, but I'm not really obsessed. Do I think Brad Pitt is attractive.. definitely, but he just fell off my radar when he shacked up with Angelina Jolie.. who used to be my number one.
